This is us...

We care about the earth and want to give back to our community by creating a thoughtful space to learn and grow together. We never use nasty pesticides or fertilizers and are working on turning our urban farm into a beautifully landscaped edible forest. We spend our days composting, seed saving, weeding, preserving, and caring for our little plot of land hoping to share what we have learned with all of you.

Tracey, Urban Farmer

Tracey graduated from UNL with her BS in Environmental Science. She is an ecofeminist that enjoys finding better ways to do things naturally and in a self sustainable way. What started as a love for gardening turned into a passion for providing others with delicious food. She thought if she wanted to know where her food came from than everyone else probably does too.

She is currently studying for her Masters Degree in Project Management.

Brian, Executive Chef

Brian has been the Head Chef at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in Omaha for over 10 years. He grew up in eastern Nebraska before heading to Connecticut for his culinary arts degree.

He is an advocate for using local food at work and home because of the difference in quality and taste.
